Please use this email address exclusively for copyright infringement claims. Emails concerning non-copyright issues will not receive a response.

Upon receipt of a properly executed infringement notice, the Company will follow the procedures set forth in the DMCA.

Complaint Notice Procedures for Copyright Owners

Your copyright infringement claim must include the following:

  1. An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or an authorized representative acting on behalf of the owner of the allegedly infringed exclusive right.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed, or if multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list of those works at the online site in question.
  3. Identification of the material alleged to be infringing or the subject of infringing activity, along with information reasonably sufficient for the Company to locate the material.
  4. Contact information for the complaining party, including an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.
  5. A statement affirming that the complaining party has a good faith belief that the material’s use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement confirming that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Failure to provide all required information may delay the processing of your DMCA notice.

Notice and Takedown Procedure

All users of the Company’s system are expected to comply with copyright laws. Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, the Company will act promptly to remove or disable access to the material claimed to be infringing, based on the Company’s investigation and discretion. The Company will adhere to DMCA provisions if a counter-notification is received.

Please allow at least three business days for processing any complaint or counter-notification. Note that sending complaints to other parties, such as our Internet Service Provider, will not expedite the process and may result in delays due to improper filing.

Repeat Infringers

The Company may, at its discretion, terminate the access of users who are identified as repeat infringers.

Accommodation of Standard Technical Measures

The Company is committed to accommodating and not interfering with standard technical measures deemed reasonable for identifying or protecting copyrighted works.
